Robert Traffie – CEO
After retiring from the US Navy, where for 20 years he specialized in the maintenance, training and safe operations of nuclear submarine propulsion plants, Robert founded American Discount Mortgage LLC as a way to give back, helping veteran families navigate the waters of the often complex mortgage industry.
Nearly all branches have family representation: Robert’s father is a Vietnam Army veteran. Both his grandfather (WWII) and brother (currently serving) are Marines. His uncle is a 30 year Air Force veteran.
The tight-knit support and operations team assembled at American Discount Mortgage LLC are like many military units – everyone has a role to play, and together they operate as a finely tuned, cohesive unit.
As one would imagine, the regulations to safely operate a nuclear reactor require strict procedural compliance (lots of step-by-step dotting of i’s, and crossing of t’s). Your entire loan process will receive the same attention to every detail.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with over twenty years of finance experience. Nathan is an expert at simplifying the mortgage process. Whether you are a first time home buyer, looking to purchase a second home or investment property, or looking to refinancing your current mortgage, Nathan will guide you through the entire process. Nathan’s moto; mortgages are simple, don’t let them intimidate you.
Warren Potter
Senior Loan Officer
Warren Potter is a Senior Loan Officer with American Discount Mortgage LLC. He has been in the mortgage industry since 1993, specializing in Conventional, Jumbo, VA and FHA programs. American Discount Mortgage LLC is a multi-state Mortgage Broker who has relationships with numerous banks and lenders which enables us to seek out the most desirable products and rates for our clients.
Ryan Bramble
Loan Officer
Ryan is a dedicated mortgage professional with a military background that lends well to the many Veterans he serves. His father was in the US Airforce for 21 years and both of his grandparents served as well. Ryan always strives to make the loan process as easy as possible for his customers and commonly goes the extra mile. Ryan is an Arizona native.
Paul Stabin

Paul is a 33+ year veteran in the mortgage industry as a mortgage banker, loan officer, and on professional boards. He enjoys using his expertise to help people achieve their goals, whether it is the American dream of home ownership, improving their cash flow, or tackling that remodel. A native New Yorker, Paul has called Arizona home for over thirty-three years.
